Hi, I'm Toto, an affectionate Miniature Poodle / Shih Tzu mix who is in need of a new home as my owner has to move and can't find an affordable place that allows dogs. I'm thankful CARL has accepted me into their program and will help me find my forever home.

I'm good with other dogs, children and cats too. Although I will probably chase the cats, it's only because I want to play. I enjoy playing fetch and being with my people. I'm not good alone all day and would benefit from a doggie companion if you won't be around most of the day.

I am known to bark and chew on things so I'll need appropriate chew toys. If you say "Toto, shhh, no bark" I usually stay quiet. Although I've never escaped, I have dug near the fence. I know basic commands and I tend to pull when on leash, but I know with patient training, I can learn not to do that.
