Hi, I'm Keesha, a sweet, gentle and affectionate senior Chihuahua X who was sadly surrendered by her owner who can no longer care for her. I may be a little shy at first, but with a gentle and patient spirit, I warm up quickly and I'm a very affectionate dog. Unfortunately, my previous owner wasn't able to provide me with the care I need, and I'm now looking for a more suitable home.

I may be a little shy at first, but warm up quickly. I am an intelligent dog who already knows some basic commands like sitting, staying and walking well on a leash. I have been paper trained and I am good with other dogs and children.

I've had UTI's and had surgery to remove numerous kidney stones. The vet recommends a special urinary tract diet to help prevent future UTI's and recurrence of kidney stones.

I'd be the perfect easy going companion for someone who is looking for a more low-key and calm dog to share their life with. I have so much love to give and I'm hoping to find my forever home where I can live out my golden years in comfort and happiness surrounded by love and care.
