Hi, I'm Todd, a sweet Terrier X rescued from a shelter where I was taken with many others from a hoarding situation.

I was scared and unsure of my new surroundings when I first came to CARL, but I am slowly learning what it means to be loved and cared for. I am eating out of volunteers' hands and I even let a volunteer pick me up and pet me. I'll need a patient and understanding person who will continue to give me the time and space to adjust at my own discretion. I currently will not walk on leash.

Other dogs, cats and children are unknowns for me at this time.
